Commissioned by the Brookfield Central High School Chorus, Phillip Olsen, Director and the Present Music Ensemble, We're All Here was premiered on 23 October 2002 in a version for chorus and chamber ensemble. This version, for mixed chorus and piano, was adapted by the composer specifically for Robert Gehrnembeck and the Wisconsin Chamber Choir, which premiered it on 11 May 2008 at Trinity Lutheran Church, in Madison, WI.
